Sunday resets don’t need to be loud or overcomplicated to be meaningful.
For me, they’re about clearing the table, resetting the kitchen, and choosing meals that feel supportive — the kind that make weekdays easier without draining your energy.
This week’s reset focused on high-protein meals that feel cozy, familiar, and grounding. Nothing fussy. Nothing trendy. Just meals that hold you steady when the week gets busy.
Here’s what I’m prepping and rotating through this week.
1. Creamy Tuscan Chicken Skillet
This is one of those meals that feels indulgent but still checks all the practical boxes.
Juicy chicken simmered in a creamy sauce with garlic and herbs makes it perfect for busy nights when you want comfort without a lot of effort.
It reheats beautifully and pairs well with rice, pasta, or even a simple side of vegetables — which makes it an easy anchor meal for the week.

2. High-Protein Taco Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
These are one of my favorite “reset” meals because they’re endlessly flexible.
Roasted sweet potatoes filled with seasoned protein make a satisfying, balanced option that doesn’t feel heavy.
They’re easy to prep ahead, easy to customize, and perfect for those nights when you want something warm and nourishing without starting from scratch.

3. Garlic Butter Chicken and Rice
This one feels like a hug in a bowl.
Simple, comforting, and reliable — garlic butter chicken and rice is the kind of meal that reminds you why basic food done well is often the best kind.
It’s hearty, filling, and exactly the kind of dish that makes coming home after a long day feel easier.

4. Cozy White Chicken Chili
There’s something about a pot of chili simmering on the stove that instantly changes the feel of a home.
This white chicken chili is creamy, comforting, and packed with protein — perfect for cold evenings or slow lunches throughout the week.
It’s also one of those meals that somehow tastes even better the next day.

A Week Built Around Ease
Together, these meals create a rhythm for the week — familiar flavors, steady nourishment, and fewer decisions to make once Monday arrives.
That’s really what my Sunday reset is about: setting myself up gently, so the week doesn’t feel like something to survive.
Resetting the Space Too
Along with meal prep, I spent time wiping down the table and counters — clearing space not just physically, but mentally.
There’s something grounding about starting the week with a clean surface and a plan that feels supportive instead of demanding.
As we move into Week 8: A Slice of Home, that same intention will carry forward — with food that feels rooted, comforting, and familiar, both on the plate and beyond it.
A Gentle Reminder
Your reset doesn’t need to be perfect to be effective.
Sometimes five solid meals and a cleared table are more than enough.
From my table to yours 🤎
